I am a primary school teacher and I live in Sengkang. My job is not too stressful, but as a single mom, I have a lot on my plate. What with evening tuitions and helping my children with their homework, I end up sleeping quite late. I am so stressed, my eyes hurt, feel heavy and go blurry all the time. This has been going on for a couple of years now.

Yesterday, my 4-year-old boy asked me why my eyes were red and teary when I played with him after work. I was shocked to hear him say “Are you crying, mommy? Why?”.
