What is DED and why are you at risk?
Dry eye disease is a common condition that occurs when your tears are not able to provide adequate lubrication for your eyes. This condition is especially prevalent in modern work environments, particularly in air-conditioned offices with artificial lighting and poor air circulation. Workers who use computers for extended periods are especially vulnerable.

encourages blinking and resets your eye focus. - Work space, your comfort area :Use a humidifier, reduce direct airflow from fans or air
conditioning, and adjust your screen brightness to reduce strain. - Use lubricating eye drops regularly: Artificial tears or preservative-free eye drops help
replenish moisture and reduce irritation. - Don’t Ignore Symptoms : If your eyes feel persistently dry, itchy, or fatigued, consult an eye
care professional early. You may need prescription therapies to address your dry eyes
adequately. - Support a good office environment : Encourage visual breaks and create an ergonomic office
setup.
